Service Description
Here I provide a variety of services so you may reach your goals, transform your life, and find peace. Readings include mediumship, chakra diagnosis, medical intuition, spirit messages, reiki healing, channeling and psychic coaching as well as astrological forecasting! (If interested in astrology readings, your birth details including the time and city are required in advance. Once your booking is complete, I will send you an e-mail with meeting details or link to video chat. ***In person readings must be arranged via email. Same day in person readings are not* available.
Cancellation Policy
All services must be booked in advance through our Wix online booking system. A booking is considered confirmed only after the reservation is successfully completed and a confirmation notification is sent. All appointments and services are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Clients are responsible for ensuring all booking details and contact information are accurate. Same-day bookings are not garaunteed, unless you receive an e-mail from Rosec7770@gmail.com with the OK to proceed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking that does not comply with these policies. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We value your time and ours. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling terms carefully. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid penalties. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend without notice (no-show), may result in: A cancellation fee, or Forfeiture of any payment made. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or be considered a no-show, depending on availability. Refunds, if applicable, are issued at our discretion and in accordance with Wix payment processing rules. Waitlist Policy If a service is fully booked, clients may join the waitlist through the Wix booking system. Waitlist requests are handled in the order they are received. If a spot becomes available, the next client on the waitlist will be notified automatically. Clients must confirm their booking within [X hours] of notification. If confirmation is not received within the allotted time, the available spot will be offered to the next client on the waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a confirmed booking. General Terms These booking, cancellation, and waitlist policies apply to all services offered through Wix unless otherwise stated. Policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
